高职院校肩负着培养多样化人才、传承技术技能、促进就业创业的重要职责。培养多样化人才是传承技术技能的手段与途径,是促进就业创业的前提与基础;传承技术技能和促进就业创业是培养多样化人才的基本要求。高职院校应建立培养多样化人才的机制,多管齐下,加强引导,为社会培养大量的高水平多样化人才。

Higher vocational colleges are responsible for culturing diversified talents, inheriting technical skills and promoting employment. Diversified talents cultivation is the means and way to inherit technical skills, and the premise and basis of promoting employment and entrepreneurship. Technical skills inheritance and employment promoting are the basic requirements of diversified talent cultivation. On the basis of knowing this logical relationship, higher vocational colleges should establish systems, promote cooperation,strengthen guidance, and cultivate many outstanding diversified talents.
