新建本科院校建立代理班主任制度有利于其应用型人才培养目标的实现,有利于学生健康、快速成长,有利于新的大学精神的培育,同时有利于学工队伍集中精力为学校发展服务。新建本科院校要通过完善新建本科院校代理班主任的选聘机制,建立代理班主任培训机制,形成代理班主任管理机制,充分发挥学生的主体作用,为学校发展服务。

The class assistant institutional improvement is conductive to realizing new undergraduate colleges＇ training objectives, making the students grow healthily and rapidly and serve the colleges, and cultivating university new spirit. So it＇s necessary to build it in new undergraduate colleges. The students should be allowed to play the dominant role to make contribution to colleges by means of forming and developing the mechanism of recruiting and selecting, training and cultivating, managing, and completing the class assistant institution.
