摘要
骨骼肌蛋白高分解代谢导致的骨骼肌消耗是一种常见的骨骼肌病变,在肿瘤、慢性肾病、脓毒症及烧伤患者中较为常见。研究发现肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)是骨骼肌高分解代谢的重要调控因子,骨骼肌细胞凋亡可能是骨骼肌蛋白高分解代谢的重要机制之一,而TNF-α又可诱导骨骼肌细胞凋亡。本文将简要介绍TNF-α通过介导骨骼肌细胞凋亡而参与烧伤后骨骼肌蛋白高分解代谢的潜在机制。
High catabolism of skeletal muscle protein inducing muscle atrophy is one of common clinical features of patients with cancer, chronic kidney disease, sepsis or burn injury. Studies demonstrate that tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) is an important factor in mediating proteolytic of skeletal muscle. Skeletal muscle cell apoptosis might be one of the mechanism of high catabolism of skeletal muscle protein. And the pivotal activity of TNF-α is mediating cell apoptosis. This review will introduce the potential meehanism of TNF- α involved in regulating burn-induced high catabolism of skeletal muscle protein.
