腹腔镜阑尾切除术500例手术技巧总结:附视频

目的：探讨阑尾炎患者进行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的手术技巧。方法对2010年8月至2014年10月收治的500例阑尾炎患者行腹腔镜阑尾切除术,结合诊断和随访结果总结分析手术技巧。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,康复出院。手术时间20~120（55.6±14.5） min,住院时间2~7（4.35±1.28） d。术后并发症有伤口感染12例,右髂窝积液4例,并发症发生率为3.20%,均保守治疗治愈。术后随访6~24个月,无严重并发症发生。结论通过总结手术各步骤细节,提高手术熟练度,可显著缩短手术时间,减少手术并发症。

Objective To investigate the surgical skills of laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods Clinical data of 500 cases undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy were analyzed to summarize surgery skills. Results All patients underwent the operation successfully. The operation time ranged from 20 to 120 minutes, with the average of （55.6±14.5） min. The length of stay （LOS） ranged from 2 to 7 days, with （4.35±1.28） days on average. There were 12 cases complicated with wound infection and 4 cases with hydrops of right fossa iliaca. These cases were cured with conservative treatments. The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months postoperatively with no serious complications. Conclusion The LOS and the incidence rate of complications after operation can be reduced remarkably by summarizing the details of surgery as well as promoting proficiency.
