和谐文化源远流长，“和”是中华传统文化思想的核心内容。《论语》对和谐的阐释是“和而不同”。家庭要树立榜样，讲究先人后己的刊他主义；家庭要讲仁爱，但这种爱不是盲目的，要有正确的爱和恨；修身，能促进家庭和谐。在家还要修行孝悌之道、忠恕之道、义道。公正、关怀、尊重是家庭人际和谐相关的三个主要伦理原则。

The harmonious culture has a long history, harmonious is the core content in the Chinese traditional culture thought. The mean of harmony is harmonious but not sameness in the Analects of Confucius but not Sameness. The family must set an example, pay attention to put other before your- self; family need to care about love, but this love is not blind, and you should judge love or hate; self-cultivation is to promote family harmony. We should practice filial piety,the principle of benevo- lence and loyalty righteousness at home. Justice, care, and respect are the three main ethical princi- ples related to the family interpersonal harmony.
