摘要
[目的]了解护生的多元文化护理认知情况。[方法]采用自行设计多元文化护理认知调查问卷,对广西医科大学护理学院以及附设护士学校110名护生进行多元文化护理认知情况调查。[结果]护生对多元文化护理知识的认知一般。[结论]护理专业学生的多元文化护理知识水平有待提高,应制订具体的教学方案,加强多元文化护理理论学习,使护生更好地掌握多元文化护理知识,为临床实践打下坚实的基础。
Objective:To know about the cognitive situation of nursing students on multi cultural nursing. Methods:A total of 1 10 nursing students from Guangxi Medical University School of Nursing and the nursing school attached were investigated on the cognitive situation of multi cultural nursing by using the self de-signed multi cultural nursing cognitive questionnaire.Results:Nursing students’cognition on multi cultural nursing knowledge was in general.Conclusion:Nursing students’multi cultural nursing knowledge needs to be improved,the concrete teaching plan should be formulated and strengthening the multi culture nursing theory learning,so as to make the nursing students better grasp the multi culture nursing knowledge and lay a solid foundation for clinical practice.
