护患关系紧张程度评估标准的质性研究

Qualitative research on evaluation criteria of nurse-patient relationship stress levels

[目的]探讨护患关系紧张的表现形式及严重程度分级,为研究护患关系紧张现状,预防并改善护患关系紧张局面提供依据。[方法]采用现象学研究方法,以目的抽样法抽取临床主要科室的11名护理人员,进行半结构访谈,并采用Colaizzi分析法进行分析。[结果]护患关系紧张的表现形式主要有:言语冲突、投诉、聚众闹事、暴力攻击等;护患关系紧张程度可以依据表现形式的不同划分为轻度、中度、较重度、特重度4级。[结论]护患关系紧张的表现形式是与特定历史时期的政治、经济、教育、文化、法律及伦理道德等社会背景内容相一致的。规范护患关系紧张的表现形式及分级界定标准,将促使该领域的研究趋于规范化及系统化,有助于从原因、表现、分级以及干预等多角度、综合研究护患关系紧张问题。

Objective：To probe into the manifestation forms and severity rating of the nurse patient relationship tension,so as to provide evidences for studying the status quo of nurse patient relationship tension and preven-ting and improving the nurse patient relationship tension.Methods：A total of 1 1 nursing personnel were ex-tracted for semi structured interviews by using the phenomenological research methods and objective sampling in the main clinical departments,and to analyze the data by using Colaizzi method.Results：Through analysis,the main manifestation forms of nurse patient relationship tension included verbal conflict,complaints,creating troubles and violent attacks.The nurse patient relationship tension levels can be divided into the mild,moder-ate,severe and very severe based on the manifestation forms.Conclusion：The manifestation forms of the nurse patient relationship tension levels are consistent with political,economic,educational,cultural,legal,ethic and other social backgrounds in the specific periods of history.To standard the manifestation forms and defining standards of the nurse patient relationship tension will promote the research tend to standardized and systema-tized in the field.It will contribute to the comprehensive researchrs on nurse patient relationship from multiple perspectives such as causes,manifestations,classifications,and intervention.
