摘要
目的:检测mi R-93在子宫内膜癌患者癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达,探讨其与子宫内膜癌临床病理参数的关系。方法:应用q RT-PCR法检测32例子宫内膜癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织中mi R-93的表达水平,分析mi R-93表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征间的关系。结果:mi R-93在子宫内膜癌组织中的相对表达量高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。mi R-93在Ⅱ/Ⅲ期子宫内膜癌组织中的相对表达量高于Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌组织(P<0.05)。mi R-93在肌层浸润深度≥1/2的子宫内膜癌组织中的相对表达量高于肌层浸润深度<1/2的子宫内膜癌组织(P<0.05)。mi R-93在有淋巴结转移的子宫内膜癌组织中的相对表达量高于无淋巴结转移的子宫内膜癌组织(P<0.05)。mi R-93的相对表达量与患者年龄无明显相关性(P>0.05),mi R-93在组织学分级G1级子宫内膜癌组织中的相对表达量高于组织学分级G2级+G3级子宫内膜癌组织(P<0.05)。结论:mi R-93在子宫内膜癌组织中高表达,其表达水平与子宫内膜癌的分期、肌层浸润及淋巴结转移呈正相关,与子宫内膜癌的分化程度呈负相关。mi R-93可能在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中发挥癌基因的作用。
Objective: To detect the expressions of mi R-93 in cancer tissue and the tissue adjacent to cancer of the patients with endometrial cancer,explore the relationship with clinicopathological parameters of endometrial cancer. Methods: q RT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of mi R-93 in cancer tissue and the tissue adjacent to cancer of 32 patients with endometrial cancer,the relationship between mi R- 93 expression and clinicopathological parameters of endometrial cancer was analyzed. Results: The relative expression quantity of mi R-93 in cancer tissue was statistically significantly higher than that in the tissue adjacent to cancer( P〈0. 05). The relative expression quantity of mi R-93 in endometrial cancer of stage Ⅱ / Ⅲ was statistically significantly higher than that in endometrial cancer of stage Ⅰ( P〈0. 05). The relative expression quantity of mi R-93 in endometrial cancer with myometrial invasion depth 1 / 2 and more than1 / 2 was statistically significantly higher than that in endometrial cancer with myometrial invasion depth less than 1 / 2( P〈0. 05). The relative expression quantity of mi R-93 in endometrial cancer with lymph node metastasis was statistically significantly higher than that in endometrial cancer without lymph node metastasis( P〈0. 05). There was no significant correlation between the relative expression quantity of mi R-93 and age( P〉0. 05). The relative expression quantity of mi R-93 in endometrial cancer of grade 1 was statistically significantly higher than that in endometrial cancer of grade 2 and 3( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of mi R-93 in endometrial cancer is high,which is positively correlated with staging,myometrial invasion,and lymph node metastasis and negatively correlated with differentiation degrees of endometrial cancer. mi R-93 may play a cancer gene role in oncogenesis and development of endometrial cancer.
