摘要
教学风格的形成是区分教书匠与教学名师的标志,也是学校的办学水平和办学质量不断提高的保证。高校数学教师要形成个性化教学风格,必须依据数学课程特点,结合教育理论知识,在教学实践中通过博采众长、独立探索、实践升华三个阶段而成。
The Forming of unique Teaching-Style is a sign to dis-tinguish educationalist from teachers and it is also an important condition to improve education quality of a university. To develop individualized teaching style, a university mathematic teacher must learn advantages from others, think independently and sublimate what he gets from teaching to theory. The characteristics of mathematical course and educational theory must be considered.
