摘要
C曲线是工程材料课程中金属材料及热处理部分教学的重点和难点。考虑到大二学生缺乏实践经验和机械加工工艺感性知识的现状,根据教学内容及特点,精心选择针对性很强且为学生熟悉的案例"锤头加工"和"风钢的来历"讲解C曲线,可以使学生较容易获取并理解C曲线有关的知识;进一步的"齿轮烧伤"案例讨论,帮助学生拓展知识,并将知识转化为能力。
C curve is an important and dififcult part of metal material and heat treatment in the engineering materials course. Taking into account that the sophomores lacked practical experience and perceptual knowledge of mechanical processes, and according to the teaching content and features, we carefully selected the case Hammerhead Processing and Wind Steel Origin on the C curve highly targeted for students to enable students to acquire and understand the knowledge about C curve more easily. We further discussed the Gear Burns case to help students expand knowledge and turn it into ability of application.
