企业砝码管理和使用存在的问题解析

砝码是用来传递量值的标准器,是一种常见的实物量具,在企业里使用广泛。日常的使用不可避免会带来一定的磨损,因此砝码需每年定期送法定计量机构检测来保持其准确性。作为一名检测人员,在多年的检测工作中发现,很大一部分企业在砝码的管理和使用中存在着诸多问题,本文主要就这些问题进行分类总结,并提出了相应的解决办法。

The weight is used for standard transmission of measurement values, which is a common material measure, and widely used in the enterprise. Daily use will inevitably bring certain wear, so weight every year regularly send legal metrological testing to maintain its accuracy. As a testing personnel, I found a large part of the enterprise has many problems in the management and use of weights in the detection work for many years. This paper classifies these problems, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
