摘要
南水北调中线工程供水范围涉及北京、天津、河北、河南4省100多个城市,工程规模大、距离长、沿线建筑物复杂,在运行管理上存在较大难度,因此建立一套完整的决策会商与应急响应体系尤为重要。通过调研及理论研究,结合管理单位相关业务,将工程基本信息展示与查询、信息收集与展示、应急指挥、会商互动等模块有机结合,并结合B/S体系结构,提出南水北调中线工程决策会商与应急响应系统的设计方案,从而为工程运行过程中的应急响应和决策制定提供辅助和支持。
The Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project would supply water for Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan four provinces, more than 100 cities. The construction of the project is large-scale and very complicated, so the management of the project is very difficult. Therefore, it is important to establish a complete set of decision making and emergency response system. Combined with the actual situation of the management unit after related investigation and theoretical research, it integrates the modules of display and query of engineering basic information, the collection and display of information, emergency operation and consultation interaction. Based on the B/S architecture, the design schemes of the decision support and emergency response system is proposed to provide assistance and support for emergency response and decision-making in the process of engineering operating.
