论情志相胜疗法的源流、理论及应用

情志理论是中医学的重要组成部分,在病因、病机、治疗、预防和护理中扮演了重要角色。情志相胜疗法是指在中医阴阳五行学说理论指导下治疗情志所引起的某些心身疾病的一种心理疗法,是情志理论的核心内容。本文梳理情志相胜疗法的历史源流,阐释其内在机制,综述临床与基础研究进展,比较与主流西方心理学疗法的异同,以期从多角度论述情志疗法,发挥优势,为临床应用提供理论基础,促进情志疗法的推广和应用。

Emotion-will theory is a significant part in traditional Chinese medicine,which plays an essential role in the pathogenesis,progress,treatment,prevention and nursing of almost all diseases.The emotion inter-resistance is a psychotherapy to treat some mind and body diseases caused by emotions on the basis of the theories of yin-yang and the five elements in traditional Chinese medicine,which is the core content of emotion-will theory.This essay covers the origin and development of emotion inter-resistance therapy,elaborates the internal mechanism,summarizes the clinical and fundamental research progress,compares the similarities and differences from mainstream Western psychology,for the purpose of expounding emotion-will theory multi-dimensionally so as to fully exploit the advantages,provide fundamental basis for clinical application,and accelerate the promotion and application of emotion-will theory.
