摘要
肿瘤的生长、浸润、转移与肿瘤的血管密切相关,新生毛细血管为肿瘤生长提供营养物质,促进肿瘤增殖分化。究其原因,肺癌细胞的生长、浸润、转移和预后均依赖于血液供应,与新生血管的形成、血管因子密切相关。在肺癌的血管和内皮细胞中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)高表达,所以选用COX-2抑制剂作为辅助化疗药物,以减轻药物副作用,提高疗效。本文旨在探讨选择性COX-2抑制剂联合顺铂对肺癌新生血管的影响及机制,阻断肿瘤的氧气、营养物质的来源和通道,从而抑制肿瘤的生长。
Tumor growth,invasion and metastasis is closely related to the tumor blood vessels,and newborn blood capillary provides nutrients for the tumor growth,promoting tumor proliferation and differentiation.The reason is that the growth,invasion,metastasis,and prognosis of lung tumor cells all rely on blood supply,and is closely related to the new blood vessels and their factors.COX-2 is highly expressed in the blood vessels and the endothelial cells of lung tumor,so COX-2 inhibitors are chosen to be adjuvant chemotherapy drugs in order to reduce drug side-effects and enhance curative effect.The paper aims at probing into the influence and mechanism of selective COX-2 inhibitors in combination with cisplatin on new vessels of lung tumor,blocking the oxygen,nutrient sources and channels of tumor,thus to inhibit tumor growth.
