摘要
目的评价全身磁共振弥散加权背景抑制成像(DWI-MR,MR类PET)在健康查体中的临床价值。方法既往无肿瘤病史的健康查体人群中112例体检高度疑似肿瘤患者,行全身MR弥散加权背景抑制成像扫描,对获得数据进行多角度重组,采用Functool软件处理,获得多方位的重组图像获得类似PET的图像。结果共发现69例DWI呈高信号,ADC上呈低信号。病灶ADC值均较正常区域降低。其中肝癌6例,肺癌9例,前列腺癌3例,肾癌5例,宫颈癌2例,胃肠道癌5例,鼻咽癌1例,淋巴瘤1例,淋巴结转移5例,椎体转移瘤3例,子宫肌瘤7例,肝血管瘤3例,肝脏囊肿4例,肾脏囊肿8例,胰腺囊肿3例,椎体血管瘤4例。结论 DWI-MR技术具有较高的敏感性和特异性,非常适合对正常人群尤其是肿瘤高危人群进行初步筛查。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of diffusion-weighted MR(magnetic resonance)imaging(DWI-MR)with background suppression in physical examination. Methods 112 cases in physical examination without tumor history but with highly suspected cancer underwent DWI-MR health examination and the data were multi-dimensionally recombined.Functool software was adopted to obtain multidirectional recombined images and PET-like images.Results DWI of 69 cases showed hyperintense,and ADC showed hypointense.ADC value of lesion regions were lower than normal regions.There were 6 cases of liver cancer,9 cases of lung cancer,3 cases of prostate cancer,5 cases of renal cell carcinoma,2 cases of cervical cancer,5 cases of gastrointestinal cancer,1 case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,1case of lymphoma,5 cases of lymphatic metastasis,3 cases of vertebral metastases,7 cases of uterine fibroids,3cases of hepatic hemangioma,4 cases of liver cyst,8 cases of renal cysts,3 cases of pancreatic cyst,and 4 cases of vertebral hemangioma. Conclusion DWI-MR has high sensitivity and specificity for health examination,which is especially suitable for normal people with high risk of tumor in the preliminary screening.
