全麻与脊椎-硬膜外麻醉对人工股骨头置换术老年患者认知功能障碍发生的影响分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的对全麻和脊椎-硬膜外麻醉对人工股骨头置换术老年患者认知功能障碍发生的影响进行探讨。方法选取2012-02—2013-01收治的102例行人工股骨头置换术治疗的老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法将其分为观察组(52例)和对照组(50例),对照组患者采取全麻,观察组患者采取脊椎-硬膜外麻醉。结果术后6 h、24 h以及72 h观察组患者的认知功能MMSE评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后认知功能障碍(POCD)发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与全麻相比,脊椎-硬膜外麻醉给老年患者的认知功能产生的影响较小,能够促进患者康复。
