It comprehensively reviews the following facts combined with domestic and international regionenergy planning methods focused on four schemes,such as national energy planning, urban energy planning, community energy planning and single architecture energy solution. It analyzes features, advantages and disadvantages and application scope of various methods. From total energy reservation, balance of supply and demand, energy structure and energy technology, the article discusses ideas and methods of future regional energy planning, which provides scientific theoretical basis for energy conservation and rational energy utilization for new urbanization construction.
