摘要
神华国华九江发电厂根据环评报告批复意见,对脱硝还原剂尿素制备系统现状进行了调研,对比分析了尿素制氨热解与水解方式,得出尿素热解技术比水解技术具有一定的优越性。通过对尿素热解的气-气管式换热器和电加热两种方案技术经济性分析,最终选定采用脱硝尿素制氨气气管式换热器热解方案,并介绍了该系统的设计方案。
According to EIA report, Shen Hua Guo Hua Jiu Jiang power generation Co.,Ltd carried out investigation and study on urea denitration reducing producing system. It analyzed solutions from urea to ammonia,such as pyrolysis and hydrolysis method to make a conclusion that pyrolysis technology has advantage than hydrolysis. Through technical and econmoic analysis comparing pyrolysis gas-gaspipe-type heat exchanger with electric heating, finally gas-gas-pipe-type pyrolysis in urea denitration ammonia-producing system is chosen and its design solution is introduced.
