触发活动致心律失常发生机制的探讨 被引量:14

摘要 触发活动是临床较常见的心律失常,尽管早后除极和迟后除极均可诱发,但其形成的离子流机制并不相同;且用传统的单一细胞电紊乱来解释持续性心律失常也过于牵强。从心肌电形成的离子流角度分析,于单个心肌细胞,早后除极无法解释触发活动复极离子流,而迟后除极无法解释其除极离子流。由于触发活动一般发生于病理条件下,心肌异质性增大为心肌除复极非同步化提供了可能,易诱发2相折返、微折返或反折,进而为快速心律失常提供了基础。
