摘要
锚链轮作为深水定位锚机关键零部件,与普通船用航行锚机相比,必须具备承受更大负载和耐磨等特点。通过对锚链轮(锚链直径Φ84)进行齿形优化、受力分析以及加工材料选型,设计出满足定位锚机使用的锚链轮,具有承受负载大、起锚速度快、降低磨损,使用寿命长等特点。
Compared with the anchor windlass used on general vessels, the sprocket wheel, as the key component of deepwater positioning windlass, must have characteristic such as supporting higher load and wear resistance. The satisfying sprocket wheel(diameter: Φ84) has been designed by optimizing tooth profile, analyzing force and choosing the machining materials. The sprocket wheel has many advantages such as high load capacity, fast speed in hauling in or paying out, low wearing and long using life.
