油船泵舱照明与风机联锁解析

Analysis on the Interlock between Lighting and Fans in Pump Room of Oil Tankers

油船泵舱安装了排气风机,使其内空气得到循环,减少可燃蒸发气聚集,同时为了保证人员安全,正常照明与风机联锁设置。本文针此联锁设置,结合公约规范要求进行分析,总结技术要点进而更好地指导现场调试和检验工作。

Exhaust fans are installed in pump room of oil tankers.The function of the fans is to ventilate the air and reduce evaporation accumulation. As the same time, in order to ensure the safety of personnel, normal lighting shall be interlocked with ventilation.In this paper, the interlock arrangement is analysed with the rule and convention requirements.Finally, technical key points are summarized to guide the mooring trail and ship survey.
