我校治疗药物监测学课程教学模式的探索与实践 被引量:3

Research and Exploration of the Teaching Mode of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Course in Our University

摘要 目的:为提高治疗药物监测学课程教学水平提供参考。方法:根据治疗药物监测学课程的特点,从教学内容、教学方式、考核方式和教师队伍的培养等4个方面进行改革。结果:我校确定了新的教学大纲,更新了实验课教学内容,采用了"基于问题"的教学方法,引进了人性化的实践教学成绩评定制度,实行了双师型师资队伍建设。结论:我校治疗药物监测学课程的教学改革取得了一定的成效,教学水平明显提高,学生的学习热情和兴趣也大幅升高。 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the teaching level of therapeutic drug monitoring course(TDMC). METHODS:According to the characteristics of TDMC,it was reformed from four aspects,including teaching content,teaching methods,evaluation methods and teachers' training. RESULTS:Our school made new teaching and experiment outline,updated the experiment teaching content,adopted the teaching method of"problem based",introduced the humane practice and teaching performance assessment system,implemented double-quality teacher construction and improved teacher education. CONCLUSIONS:The teaching reform of TDMC in our university has made certain effect,significantly enhanced the level of teaching and improved students' learning enthusiasm and interest.
