摘要
本文探讨医院"先诊疗后结算"自助服务及银医合作的流程、问题和对策。结果显示,银医合作的"先诊疗后结算"自助服务可以优化流程,提高效率及患者满意度,节省社会成本,实现银医等部门共赢。银医合作的"先诊疗后结算"自助服务涉及面较广,需要政府统筹多部门一起共同实现。
This paper discusses the hospital self-service model of "diagnosis and treatment before settlement", and the process, problems and solutions of bank and medical cooperation. The results show that the self-service model of "diagnosis and treatment before settlement" by bank and medical cooperation can optimize processes, improve efficiency and patient satisfaction, save social costs, and make medical and other departments altogether wins. The self-service model of "diagnosis and treatment before settlement" by bank and medical cooperation covers a wide range of aspects, and needs governments and several departments coordinated all efforts to achieve.
