摘要
美国全美幼教协会(NAEYC)2005年新颁布《幼儿教育方案标准和认定指标》对方案管理者的角色、职能及专业能力进行了详细的规定。这些有关管理者专业能力方面的要求对我国制订幼儿园园长专业标准具有很好的参考和借鉴意义。
NAEYC Early Childhood Standards and Accreditation Performance Criteria promulgated in 2005 stipulates the administrator＇s definition and core competeneies. These administrator＇s professional competency standards brought the rich inspiration and reference to develop the kindergarten principals＇ professional standard.
