联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》指出,非物质文化遗产(以下简称非遗)保护就是要确保非遗的生命力。非遗是一种在特定情境下的世代传承的活的精神实践,代际性、实践性、活态性、情境性是其本质特点。要确保非遗的生命力,就确保非遗能够按照自己所是的方式存在和发展。数字化技术的出现和发展,改变了非遗的存在生态和人们对待非遗的观念。数字化技术进入非遗保护,不只是非遗的一种存储、展示、宣传和教育的外在手段,而且具有内化为非遗自身方式的合法性和可能性。数字化技术只有真正内化成非遗自身的存在和发展方式,才能真正发挥确保非遗生命力的作用,这是非遗数字化保护发展的基本趋势。

Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage points out that,to protect the intangible cultural heritage is to ensure their vitality. Intangible cultural heritage is a spiritual practice passed on for generations in particular situation,which is generational,practical,active and situational. Intangible cultural heritage can live and develop on its own way according to the vitality. The emergence and development of digital technology has changed the existence and people' s concepts of intangible cultural heritage. Digital technology is not only an extrinsic means of storing,displaying,publicizing and teaching,but can also be internalized by intangible cultural heritage and become its way for existence and development,which will really ensure the vitality. Using digital technology is the basic trend of the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage.
