Youth Development Proposition in the Construction of the Rule of Law in China

青年的理想、追求与发展决定着国家的未来,当代青年对依法治国的基本认知和理解以及对未来的信心中蕴含着与青年发展相关的三个命题:青年作为依法治国的拥护者,尊重宪法应该成为一种内生自觉;青年作为依法治国的参与者,践行宪法应该成为一种行动自律;青年作为依法治国的享受者,公平与正义护航下的自由发展成为可能。

The youth＇s ideals and pursuits as well as the development of the youth decide the country＇ s future. Contemporary youth＇ s basic cognition and understanding of the rule of the law as well as their confidence in the future contain three propositions related to the youth development. As champi- ons of the rule of the law, youth＇ s respecting the constitution should be a kind of endogenous conscious- ness ; as the participants of the rule of the law, their practice of the constitution should be a kind of self - diseiplineaction ; as the beneficiaries of the rule of the law, their freedom development escorted by the fair- ness and justice should be possible.
