论我国发达地区农村青年思想现状与引导——基于739个样本的实证分析

Ideological Situation and Guidance of Rural Youths in Developed Areas in China——Empirical Analysis Based on 739 Samples

如何有效开展农村青年思想引导是当前我国亟待解决的重大课题。对东部发达地区739住农村青年样本的调查发现,绝大部分青年在思想上坚持正确的政治方向,肯定改革开放成绩,认同政治制度,参政议政意识强,抱有强烈的爱国心,关心国家大事,能理性地看待腐败、贫富差距和上访等社会现象,具有积极向上的乐观心态。但也有少部分青年存在信仰缺失问题,对现行政治政策认同度不高,迷信宗教,崇拜金钱,对成功幸福的理解过于狭隘。可采取加强正面灌输教育、树立身边先进典型、充分利用大众传媒、增强社会实践参与、建立行业协会组织等措施来深入引导农村青年思想。

How to carry out ideological guidance effectively for rural youths is a major issue to be solved in our country. Based on 739 rural youth samples from the eastern region, the paper has found that the vast majority of young people ideologically adhere to the correct political direction and acknowledge the achievements of reform and opening up. Most of them agree with political system, have a strong sense of political participation and strong patriotism, and express concern about national affairs. They hold a ra- tional view of social phenomena, such as corruption, inequality, petitions, and so on. And they are also optimistic. But a small number of young people lack political beliefs. They don＇ t have a high recognition of the current political policy, and rely too much on religion and worship of money, and have a narrow un- derstanding of happiness and success. Rural youths can be politically guided as follows： strengthening the positive indoctrination education, media, enhancing participation in establishing advanced models around, making fully use of the mass social practice, and establishing industry associations.
