电热毯在机场混凝土道面冬季施工中的应用研究

摘要 为了探讨电热毯在机场混凝土道面冬季施工中应用的可行性,分析电热毯对混凝土内部温度强度的影响规律。对混凝土试件分别进行加电热毯和不加电热毯养护,同时监测其内部温度变化,并测试了试件1 d、3 d、7 d、28 d的抗折强度和抗压强度,对比研究试件在不同入模温度下强度发展变化。结合机场工程实际,从成本方面对电热毯的应用可行性进行分析。试验结果表明:提高入模温度有利于早期强度的形成;加电热毯养护的混凝土试件内部温度最终保持在5℃左右,而不加电热毯养护的混凝土试件内部温度会降低到环境温度;加电热毯养护的混凝土试件早期强度比不加电热毯养护的提高40%以上,能够满足冬季施工要求,为在机场混凝土道面冬季施工应用电热毯进行道面养护提供参考。 In order to explore the feasibility of electric blanket to the concrete construction in winter.The internal temperature of the concrete insulted with electric blankets or without electric blankets was monitored and the flexural strength and compressive strength of the concrete specimens under two different kinds of heat preservation measures was tested.In combination with the practical situation of the airport analysis of application of feasibility of electric blanket from the aspects of cost.The test results show improving the mold temperature is beneficial to the formation of early strength,the internal temperature of the concrete specimen insulted with electric blanket eventually keep in 5 degrees Celsius and without electric blanket keep in same temperature with environment.The early strength of specimen insulted with electric blanket are 40% higher than that without electric blanket and satisfy the winter construction requirements.It provide reference for pavement construction in winter to use electric blanket.
