摘要 为了研究桥梁声发射检测中的噪音特征,并得到相应的除噪方法,在一座预应力钢筋混凝土公路桥的箱梁内部进行了声发射试验。通过对环境噪音声发射信号的波形图分析、参数关联分析、以及声发射源平面定位时定位组传感器所接收信号的逻辑分析,得到了环境噪音声发射信号的基本特征,并总结了相应的除噪方法。研究表明,通过设置合适的采集门槛以及采集频率范围,可以达到很好的除噪效果,另外,在进行声发射源定位时,利用声发射信号参数的逻辑关系分析,可以进一步滤除已经形成事件的环境噪音,同时,对定位图进行聚类,可以使聚类中心更趋于声发射源。 In order to study the acoustic emission characteristics of the ambient noise in the bridge acoustic emission testing,and obtain the noise removal method,an acoustic emission test was performed in the box girder of a pre-stressed concrete road bridge.By analyzing the waveform of the acoustic emission of ambient noise,the parameter correlation,and the logical relationship between signals from the different sensors in acoustic emission source location,the basic characteristics of acoustic emission signals of the ambient noise were obtained also the noise removal method was summed up.Studies have shown that by setting a suitable acquisition threshold and frequency range,the effect of noise removal can be achieved very good,in addition,the ambient noise can be further removed by using the analysis of the logical relationship of acoustic emission signal parameters.The clustering center can become more acoustic emission source by clustering the location map.
