摘要 准东高钠煤灰熔点较低,针对某厂330 MW四角切圆锅炉燃烧器分层布置上层燃烧器区域严重结焦的问题,采用试验与模拟相结合的方法进行研究。研究表明:稳定运行时,炉内温度场与速度场分布呈"蝴蝶型",在上层燃烧器区域有较强还原性气氛。针对此问题,采用改变上层燃烧器一、二次风配风方式的燃烧优化调整方案,对炉内燃烧进行优化调整。优化后上层燃烧器区域氧化性气氛增强,还原性气氛减弱,抑制结焦能力增强。该方法可供燃用准东高钠煤锅炉的防结焦运行和改造参考借鉴。 Low sodium Zhundong high ash melting point,this paper factory 330 MW Tangentially Boiler Burners layered arrangement of the upper burner region coking serious problem,using a combination of experimental and simulation methods for research.Research shows:stable operation,the furnace temperature field and velocity field were "butterfly" in the upper region of the burner there is a strong reducing atmosphere.To solve this problem,by changing the upper burner a secondary air distribution combustion optimization adjustment programs,for the combustion to optimize the adjustment.After optimizing the upper burner region oxidizing atmosphere enhanced reductive atmosphere weakened,inhibiting coking capacity enhancement.Anti-coking operation of the method for burning coal boiler Zhundong high sodium and reference for transformation.
