摘要 目的:探讨核磁共振技术在子宫肌瘤成像的分析。方法:对26例子宫肌瘤患者行MRI检查,SE序列,横断面T1、T2加权及矢状面、冠状面T2加权成像,并对图像进行分析。结果:子宫肌瘤患者检出42个病灶,分别为圆形、类圆形、椭圆形、不规则分叶状,子宫呈现均有不同程度增大,宫腔变形。T1WI上大多数病灶呈中低信号,T2WI上瘤体信号低或混杂信号。结论:MRI对子宫肌瘤在观察大小、形态、位置与子宫腔的关系和肌瘤在定性方面上有较高的诊断价值,临床上值得推广应用。 Objectives: To research the imaging feature analysis of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of uterine tumor. Methods: 26 patients were examined with uterine fibroids MRI,SE sequence,cross- sectional T1,T2- weighted and sagittal,coronal T2- weighted imaging and the image analysis was conducted.Results: 42 lesions were detected from uterine fibroids patients,the shapes of which were round,oval,elliptical and irregular lobulated. The imaging of uterus indicated varying degrees of increased uterine deformation. Most lesions on T1 WI showed low signal. T2WI's signal on tumor showed low or mixed signals. Conclusion: MRI observation of uterine fibroids in size,shape,position and relationships with fibroid uterine cavity has a high diagnostic value,which should be widely applied clinically.
