CO_2激光联合病毒灵治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的临床效果观察

Effect of CO_2 laser combined virustat in the treatment of urethral condyloma acuminatum

目的:观察CO2激光联合病毒灵治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的临床治疗效果。方法:以2012年4月-2014年2月间我院收治的126例尿道尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象,按抛硬币法将其随机分为激光组54例与联合组72例。激光组患者采用CO2激光疗法;联合组患者采用CO2激光联合病毒灵疗法,对比两组患者治愈率与复发率,分析临床治疗效果。结果:参与本次研究的126例患者均获得较高的治愈率,激光组为96.30%(52例),联合组为95.83%(69例),组间对比不明显,不具备统计学意义,P<0.05;接受治疗后,激光组复发20例,复发率为37.04%,明显高于联合组的8.33%,组间对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对尿道尖锐湿疣患者采用CO2激光联合病毒灵方案,治疗效果显著,不仅能保证治愈率、还能有效降低复发率,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objectives： To observe the clinical effect of CO2 laser combined virustat in the treatment of urethral condyloma acuminatum. Methods： 126 patients with urethral condyloma acuminatum in our hospital between April 2012 and February 2014 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into laser group of 54 cases and joint group of 72 cases. Laser group were treated by carbon dioxide laser therapy; joint group were treatedby carbon dioxide laser combination virustat. The cure rate and recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： All the 126 patients in the study showed a higher cure rate,laser group of96. 30%（ 52 cases）,joint group of 95. 83%（ 69 cases）,with no statistically significant difference,P 0. 05; After treatment,20 cases in the laser group relapsed,a recurrence rate of 37. 04%,significantly higher than the8. 33% of the joint group,with statistically significant difference between groups,P 0. 05. Conclusion： For patients with urethral condyloma acuminatum,carbon dioxide laser combined virustat shows significant treatment effect,which not only ensure the cure rate,but also can effectively reduce the recurrence rate. Being safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
