剖宫产与阴道分娩对女性产后性功能的影响对比研究

Impactof cesarean and vaginal delivery on the sexual function of female after delivery

目的:对比研究剖宫产与阴道分娩对女性产后性功能的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将120例孕妇采用两种不同的方式进行分娩,其中对照组采用阴道分娩的方式进行分娩,试验组采用剖宫产的方式进分娩。对比两组患者采用不同的分娩方式后对性功能的影响。结果:两种分娩方式在对于患者的产后3个月均有一定的影响,试验组采用剖宫产在产后3个月以内性交痛明显低于对照组采用阴道分娩的方式的性交痛的26.67%,P<0.05;对两组孕妇进行产后恢复性生活时间进行比较,发现对照组与试验组在对于产后3个月恢复性生活中,差异较为明显,具有统计学意义。结论:对于孕妇产后性功能的恢复与剖宫产和阴道分娩这两组不同的分娩方式在产后3个月有显著性差异,在一定程度上纠正了患者由于产后性功能恢复程度的差异来怪罪于分娩方式的不同,使剖宫产率升高的这一现状,具有一定的研究价值,因此值得我们在临床进行一定的研究与探讨。

Objectives： To comparatively study and analyze the effects of cesarean and vaginal delivery on sexual function after delivery. Methods： 120 pregnant women in our hospital were selected by random number table method and divided into two groups,control group and experimental group. The control group was given vaginal delivery and the experimental group was given cesarean. Impacts of those two methods on these pregnant women were compared. Results： The two different delivery methods all had some effect on the patients after 3 months of deliver-y. The sexual pain of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（ 26. 67%）,P〈 0. 05;while comparing the recovery time of sexual life,it showed that the differences between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： Difference in the effects of cesarean and vaginal delivery on sexual function after 3months of delivery is significant,which corrects the idea of blaming different delivery methods for the recovery degree of sexual function,thusly improving the caesarean rate. It deserves to be studied and discussed in clinic.
