多西环素与阿奇霉素治疗非淋球菌性尿道炎的比较研究

Comparative study of doxycycline and azithromycin in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis

目的:探讨盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊与阿奇霉素治疗非淋球菌性尿道炎的有效性及安全性。方法:将172例在我院就诊的非淋球菌性尿道炎患者随机分成观察组与对照组各86例,观察组给予盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊口服,对照组给予阿奇霉素分散片口服,两组疗程均为2周。比较两组患者治愈率及总有效率、病原体清除率及药物不良反应。结果:观察组痊愈率(68.60%)、总有效率(89.53%)、病原体清除率(81.82%)均明显高于对照组,不良反应(11.63%)明显低于对照组。结论:盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊能够有效清除病原体,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应,建议临床推广应用。

Objectives： To study the efficacy and safety of doxycycline hyclate enteric- coated capsules and azithromycin in the treatment of non- gonococcal urethritis. Methods： 172 patients with non- gonococcal urethritis were divided into observation group and control group,observation group given doxycycline hyclate enteric- coated capsules,and control group given azithromycin dispersible tablets. The clinical efficacy,pathogen clearance,adverse reaction was compared. Result： In observation group, the cure rate（ 68. 60%）, total effective rate（ 89. 53%）,pathogen clearance rate（ 81. 82%） were significantly higher than those of the control group,and adverse reactions（ 11. 63%） were significantly lower than control group. Conclusion： Doxycycline hyclate enteric-coated capsules can effectively remove pathogens,improve treatment effect,and reduce adverse reactions.
