CD14+单核细胞Toll样受体表达在复发性生殖器疱疹发病机制中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究CD14+单核细胞Toll样受体(TLRs)表达在复发性生殖器疱疹疾病中的表现。方法:本组抽取我院于2011年11月至2013年11月收治的复发性生殖器疱疹患者35例作为观察组,取同期入院体检正常的30例作为对照组,分析两组患者TLRs受体表达情况。结果:观察组患者的外周血单核细胞TLR4、TLR8、TLR9分别为(38.84±23.19)、(94.26±4.63)、(96.93±4.39),对照组患者的外周血单核细胞TLR4、TLR8、TLR9分别为(19.73±8.68)、(101.68±5.17)、(97.06±4.22),其中观察组的TLR4、TLR8与对照组存在显著差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的外周血单核细胞TLR9无明显差异,不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。复发次数≥6次/年与复发次数<6次/年患者的复发性生殖器疱疹患者外周血单核细胞TLR4、TLR8、TLR9之间无显著差异,不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复发性生殖器疱疹患者发病期间,单核细胞TLR4、TLR8的增强能够提高免疫细胞抗病毒作用。 Objectives: To study the expression of CD14 + monocytes toll- like receptors( TLRs) in recurrent genital herpes. Methods: 35 patients with recurrent genital herpes in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were selected as observation group,and 30 healthy people in our hospital in the same hospital were chosen as control group. The TLRs receptor expression in two groups was analyzed. Results: The peripheral blood monocytes TLR4,TLR8,TLR9 of observation group were( 38. 84 ± 23. 19),( 94. 26 ± 4. 63) and( 96. 93 ± 4. 39)respectively and those of the control group were( 19. 73 ± 8. 68),( 101. 68 ± 5. 17) and( 97. 06 ± 4. 22) respectively. The difference in TLR4 and TLR8 between the observation group and control group was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05),while difference in TLR9 was of no statistical significance( P〉 0. 05). The difference in TLR4,TLR8 and TLR9 between patients with recurrence 6 times per year and those with recurrence 〉6 times per year was not statistical significant( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion: In the onset period of patients with recurrent genital herpes,enhanced monocyte TLR4 and TLR8 can improve the antiviral effect of immune cells.
