苍柏湿毒清对解脲支原体感染小鼠白三烯C4的影响

Effect of Cangbaishiduqing on the leukotriene C4 level of Ureaplasma urealyticum infected mice

目的:旨在观察苍柏湿毒清对解脲支原体感染BALB/c小鼠白三烯C4(LTC4)的影响。方法:采用小鼠皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇预处理法,将解脲支原体接种于小鼠阴道,给予不同剂量苍柏湿毒清、苍柏湿毒清拆方灌胃干预,采用ELASA法检测小鼠阴道黏膜LTC4水平。结果:感染解脲支原体后小鼠LTC4水平升高,但与空白组小鼠差异不大(P>0.05)。结论:苍柏湿毒清可能不是通过调节LTC4水平而治疗阴道感染解脲支原体引起的疾病。

Objectives： To explore the effect of Cangbaishiduqing on the Leukotriene C4（ LTC4） level of Ureaplasma urealyticum（ Uu） infected BALB / c mice. Methods： Pretreated by estradiol benzoate under the skin,female BALB / c mice were infected by Uu per vaginam. Mice were treated by different doses of Cangbaishiduqing and its subdivisions. ELISA method was used to test the level of vagina mucosa LTC4. Results： After infection of Uu,the LTC4 level of mice was higher than mice in the blank group（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusions： Cangbaishiduqing may not change the level of LTC4 while treating the vaginal infection caused by Uu.
