摘要
黄浦江松浦大桥使用时间将近40 a,近期拟进行改建施工,为确保结构的承载能力和耐久性,对主桥水中钢管桩进行腐蚀现状调查。水下试验结果显示,河床冲刷情况较轻,钢管桩表面长有绒毛状水生物,并呈现明显的生锈状态,经实测钢管桩腐蚀速度为0.047 mm/a,明显高于规范建议值。通过计算,桩身强度基本满足要求,但按照设计年限估算后的截面损耗较多。经对比分析,建议对钢管桩采取牺牲阳极、保护阴极的防护措施。
Songpu Bridge across the Huangpu River has been used for nearly 40 years, and it will be reconstructed in the recent. And to ensure the bearing capacity and durability of the structure, a corrosion status of the steel pipe piles of the main bridge under water is investigated. The underwater experiments results show that the riverbed scouring is light, and steel pipe pile surface is covered with villous aquatic organisms with obvious rust state. The practical corrosion rate of steel pipe pile is about 0.047 mm/year, being significantly higher than the values suggested in the standard. Through calculations, the strength of the pile can meet the basic requirements, but the cross section loss will be more according to the design life limit. After the comparative analysis, the suggestion of adopting sacrificial anode & protecting cathode is recommended.
