摘要 梅毒螺旋体基因分型是研究梅毒螺旋体株多样性和流行病学的重要工具。梅毒螺旋体基因分型有助于显示梅毒疫情,评估与神经梅毒相关的基因亚型,监测大环内酯类抗生素的耐药情况,区别复发和再感染梅毒等。文章主要就梅毒螺旋体基因分型及近年的研究进展进行综述。 Genotyping of Treponema pallidum is a robust tool for investigating strain diversity and epidemiology.Genotyping of Treponema pallidum is important for monitoring epidemic trends,and evaluating it associated with neurosyphilis and macrolide resistance.It helps to differentiate between relapse and re-infection episodes.Here we reviewed the research progress of genotyping of treponema pallidum in recent years.
