红核妇洁洗液联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的疗效观察

Efficacy and Safety of Honghefujie Lotion plus Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules for Candida Vaginitis in Pregnant Women

目的:观察红核妇洁洗液联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将潍坊市妇幼保健院213例妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者从2013年1月到2014年3月以抽签法随机分为2组,观察组107例患者给予红核妇洁洗液联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,对照组106例患者仅给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,观察2组患者症状消除时间、痊愈时间、念珠菌清除时间,评判2组患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组患者的总有效率(105/107,98.1%)高于对照组(92/106,86.8%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者症状消除时间、痊愈时间、念珠菌清除时间均较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组患者均未出现与药物有关的不良反应。结论:红核妇洁洗液联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的效果显著,可使复发率明显降低,且疗程短,未见不良反应,可作为妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者的首选治疗方案。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Honghefujie lotion combined with Nifuratel vaginal soft capsules for candida vaginitis in pregnant women. METHODS： A total of 213 pregnant women with candida vaginitis in Weifang Municipal Maternal and Children Health Hospital were randomly assigned to either observation group（ 107cases） treated with Honghefujie lotion combined with Nifuratel vaginal soft capsules or control group（ 106 cases） treated with Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules alone. The time to symptoms elimination,cure and clearance of candida were followed and the efficacy and safety in the two groups were evaluated. RESULTS： The overall response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group [98. 1%（ 105 /107） vs. 86. 8%（ 92 /106）,P〈0. 05]; however,the time to symptom elimination,cure and clearance of candida in the observation group was significantly less than in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Adverse drug reaction was noted in neither group.CONCLUSIONS： Addition of Honghefujie lotion to Nifuratel vaginal soft capsules resulted in remarkable efficacy and good safety,low recurrence rate and short course of treatment in pregnant women with candida vaginitis,which thus can be used as the first choice for candida vaginitis in pregnant women.
