周其仁认为中国经济目前出现的问题,并非在于企业成本过快上升,根本原因是制度成本过高。他建议应通过制度创新,降低制度成本曲线,促进经济发展。

Zhou Qi Ren believes the current problems in the Chinese economy, is not that fast rising cost of doing business, the fundamental reason is the high cost of the system. He suggested that the system should be through innovation, reduce system cost curve, and promote economic development.
