通过分析竖炉加料系统故障率高的原因,找出其关键影响因素,制定了故障诊断、预防维修方案,解决了因加料系统故障影响生产的技术"瓶颈",并为同类生产线的熔炼提供借鉴。
Based on the analysis of high fault rate in the shaft furnace charging system,the paper identified the key influencing factors; it presented specific measures of implementing fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance,thereby eliminating the production bottlenecks; and it provided references for similar machinery.
