摘要
针对低碳旅游景区建设的现状及发展要求,了解其影响因素,依据一定的原则,运用层次分析法构建评价指标体系.该指标体系包括目标层(旅游景区低碳化水平)、准则层(低碳旅游资源、低碳旅游设施环境、低碳旅游运营、低碳旅游管理4个准则)、指标层(23个指标),并确定各指标的权重及等级区间.运用该评价模型对池州九华天池景区进行评价,以定量化的数值反映其低碳化水平,为有针对性地加强景区低碳化建设,实现可持续发展提供一定的科学依据.
In order to meet the development need of low-carbon tourist attraction and reveal its impact factors,a comprehensive evaluation model was proposed by using analytic hierarchy process based on certain principles.The model includes the construction target(level of low-carbonization of tourist attraction),construction criterion(resource of low-carbon tourist attraction,facilities environment of low-carbon tourist attraction,operation of low-carbon tourist attraction,management of low-carbon tourist attraction),index part(23 indicators),and has the weight of each index and grade interval.The evaluation model quantitatively reflectd the level of low-carbonization of Chizhou Jiuhua Tianchi tourist attraction.The evaluation results provide a scientific basis for strengthening the construction of low-carbonization tourist attraction and achieving sustainable development.
