摘要
由于农用运输车辆工作环境复杂,出现涉水涉沙路况易导致制动失效.为此,将传统的气压式或液压式的农用运输车制动系统改装为电磁式制动系统将是可行的方法.根据麦克斯韦方程,结合系统结构推导出制动力矩公式,并利用Ansoft Maxwell 2D/3D软件对其进行磁场分析.分析结果表明,电磁式制动系统能产生的制动力矩Tb为242 N.m,对于总重量在2~3 t的农用车辆制动时,能起到有效的辅助制动作用.
As the working environment of the farm transport vehicle is complex,brake failure easily appears when the road condition becomes sandy and wading.For this reason,the traditional pneumatic or hydraulic brake system of the farm transport vehicles should be refit,and electromagnetic brake system will be feasible.According to Maxwell's equations and braking torque system structure,the brake torque formula is deduced,magnetic field analysis is carried out through applying the software Ansoft Maxwell 2D/3D.The results show that the braking torque(Tb) generated by electromagnetic braking system is 242N.m,the brake system can be used for the farm transport vehicles,whose total weight is between 2 ton and 3 ton,it can effectively function as auxiliary brake.
