摘要
本篇文章整理归纳了近年来有关唐草片的临床研究,揭示了唐草片单独用药治疗HIV/AIDS,能够明显改善患者的临床症状,升高CD4+T细胞计数,增加CD4+T/CD8+T比值。唐草片联合高效反转录疗法(HAART)的临床应用效果优于单独使用。人体的药动学研究证明其对依非韦仑代谢无影响,但在大鼠模型上被发现能延迟洛匹那韦的吸收、推迟达峰时间、提高迟洛匹那韦的生物利用度。此外临床应用中还发现唐草片能够抑制合并感染HIV、HCV患者的HCV病毒复制,联合阿昔洛韦用于治疗带状疱疹。
This paper summarized the clinical and researches of Tang herb tablet in recent years. These researchs show that Tang herb tablet which was used by treating HIV/AIDS alone can increase the CD4^＋T cell count and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio. The combination of HAART and Tang herb tablet is more effective than any alone. Tang herb tablet has no impact on the pharmacokinetics of Efavirenz in HIV patients,but it may delay the absorption, increase the time to reach the maximum concentration, and improve the bioavailability of lopinavirin in rats. In addition, some researches show that Tang herb tablet can inhibit replication of HCV in co-infected ADIS patients. The combination of acyclovir plus Tang herb tablet can be used to treate herpes zoster.
