Effect Evaluation Of Interstitial Pneumonia Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中药治疗间质性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2013年7月—2014年6月在我院呼吸科进行治疗的115例间质性肺炎患者为研究对象,按照住院号奇偶数分为观察组(58例)及对照组(57例),分别给予中西医联合治疗及单纯西医治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.6%,对照组治疗总有效率为82.5%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组肺功能结果无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肺功能结果明显优于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗间质性肺炎疗效肯定,患者肺功能得到明显改善,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of interstitial pneumonia. Methods From 2013 July-2014 June in the respiration department of our hospital, 115 cases of interstitial patients is as the research object, accord-ing to the hospital number of odd and even number divided into observation group（58 cases） and control group（57 cases）. Oservation group was treated by combined Chinese and Western medicine, treatment and control group was treated by Western medicine treatment,and compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was 96.6 %, the control group the total effective rate was 82.5%, with statistical significance between the two groups（ P〈0.05）; before treatment, no significant difference between the two groups of lung function results, was not statistically significant（ P〉0.05）; after the treatment, the observation group pul-monary function results significantly better than the control group two groups of contrasts, with statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment curative effect affirmation between pneumonia, pulmonary function of the patients were improved significantly, worthy of clinical use.
