中西医结合治疗毛细支气管炎40例

Treatment of Capillary Bronchitis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for 40 Cases

目的对毛细支气管炎的中西医结合治疗的临床价值进行分析。方法将120例毛细支气管炎患者随机分为两组,每组60例。以接受单纯西医治疗者为西医组,以接受中西医结合治疗者为结合组,对比两组临床症状改善时间及治疗总有效率。结果结合组接受治疗后,其咳嗽消失时间、喘促消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均明显低于西医组(P<0.05)。同时结合组临床治疗总有效率同样明显优于西医组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗方案可有效的提高毛细支气管炎的临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on bronchiolitis. Methods 120 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. To accept the western medicine therapy only for treatment group, to accept the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the combination group, the total effi-ciency of the treatment time and improve the contrast of two groups of clinical symptoms. Results The combined group after the treatment,the time of disappearance of cough, dyspnea, pulmonary rales disappearance time of disappearance time and hospitalization time were sig-nificantly lower than those in the western medicine group（ P〈0.05）. Combined with the clinical total effective rate also significantly bet-ter than western medicine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can be ef-fective scheme to improve the clinical effect of the treatment of bronchiolitis.
