化疗性静脉炎的中西医结合疗法

Prevention and Control of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Chemotherapy Phlebitis

目的总结中西医结合治疗和预防化疗性静脉炎的效果。方法分别对2013年2月—2014年1月,在我科接受化疗期间诱发静脉炎的40例患者,以及2014年2月—2014年8月接受化疗的60例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对发生静脉炎的40例患者进行硫酸镁湿敷结合中药治疗;对后来接受化疗的60例患者进行中西医结合干预措施预防静脉炎的发生,分别观察、总结其治疗和预防效果。结果 40例静脉炎患者应用中西医结合手法治疗1周后基本痊愈,继续治疗3天后全部痊愈;60例化疗患者应用中西医结合干预措施后,化疗性静脉炎的发生率明显下降。结论中西医结合措施治疗化疗性静脉炎具有良好效果,同时有助于预防化疗性静脉炎的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To summarize the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and prevention of chemotherapy phlebitis. Methods respectively, in February 2013 to January 2014, in our department during chemotherapy induced phlebitis of 40 pa-tients, and in February 2014 to August 2014, the clinical data of 60 patients undergoing chemotherapy were analyzed retrospectively. The occurrence of phlebitis magnesium sulfate wet compress 40 subjects were combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment; The 60 patients to chemotherapy combined Chinese and western medicine intervention measures to prevent the occurrence of phlebitis, respectively to observe, to summarize the effect of the treatment and prevention. Results 40 cases of phlebitis patients applied technique of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine basic recovered after 1 week, three days after treatment all healed; 60 cases of chemotherapy pa-tients after application of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine interventions, chemotherapy the incidence of phlebitis de-creased obviously. Conclusion Measures which combines traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in treatment of chemothera-py phlebitis has good effect, at the same time can help prevent the occurrence of phlebitis, chemotherapy is worth clinical promotion.
