针刺配合完全失神经治疗仪治疗面瘫30例

Facial Paralysis Treated by Acupuncture with Completeness Nerve Therapy Apparatus for 30 Cases

目的观察针刺配合完全失神经治疗仪治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法针刺治疗和完全失神经治疗仪治疗在萍乡市中医院完成。30例面瘫患者均采用传统针刺穴位配合完全失神经治疗仪治疗。治疗周期为20天。治疗效果评价依据《中医病症诊断疗效标准》拟定疗效标准。结果 30例中痊愈25例,占83.3%;显效3例,占10%;有效2例,占6.6%,总有效率99.9%。结论传统针刺配合完全失神经治疗仪治疗面瘫效果显著,能够有效的治疗面瘫患者的临床症状、改善预后,促进其临床痊愈。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect for the treatment of facial paralysis treated by acupuncture with completeness nerve therapy apparatus. Methods acupuncture treatment and completely lost nerve therapeutic apparatus. 30 cases of facial paralysis in pingxiang hospital were treated by acupuncture with completeness nerve therapy apparatus. Treatment course is 20 days. According to the standard of disease diagnosis and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, treatment effect was evaluated. Results In 30 cases, 25 cases of recovery, accounting for 83.3%; 3 cases were markedly improved（10%）, effective in 2 cases, accounted for 6.6%, total effective rate was 99.9%. Conclusion The traditional cupuncture with completeness nerve therapy apparatus has the significant effect of facial paralysis,can be effective in the treatment of facial paralysis in patients with clinical symptoms, improve the prognosis, promote its clinical recovery.
