中西医结合防治原发性高血压的综合护理干预

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Preventing and Curing Primary Hypertension By Intergrated Chinese and Western Medicine

原发性高血压病因不明,病人易忽视,不加控制可造成心、脑、肾器官的功能衰竭。因此控制高血压的进一步发展是预防高血压并发症的基本手段。根据对赣西地区掌握的情况,随机抽取2014年1月—2014年11月期间赣西社区医院高血压患者150例,将中西医结合的方法从心理、饮食、用药、运动、家庭救护等多方面对高血压展开健康教育,从而改变病人不良生活习惯,提高病人自身保护能力,以保持血压稳定在理想水平。

So controlling the deeply development of hypertension is the basic method to prevent and cure hyper-tension. According to the known situation of the western part of Jiangxi province, randomly selected 150 hypertensive patients from com-munity hospital during January to November in 2014, healthy education has been carried out from psychology, diet nutrition, medica-tion, exercise etc. By combing Chinese and western medicine. Thereby it will change patients＇ unhealthy living habits, improve patients＇ self-protection ability so as to keep blood pressure to maintain the ideal level.
