高密度脂蛋白在抗感染中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 高密度脂蛋白作为一种脂蛋白,在抗感染过程中,不论是来源于革兰氏阴性细菌的脂多糖,还是来源于革兰氏阳性细菌的磷壁酸,均可与之结合,还可以中和病毒等进而发挥抗感染作用。目前普遍认为高密度脂蛋白是机体固有免疫系统的一部分,并影响机体适应性免疫系统,是机体抵御微生物一道防线,为抗感染治疗打开了另一个大门。
